Ringy Account Setup

Ringy is a CRM solution that agents use for sales leads and contacting leads.

Each agent will need to create an account. You will do this through an invite that your administrator or manager will send to you.
Once you have the invite you will follow the steps that Ringy prompts you to follow in order to set-up your account.
If any questions come up throughout the Ringy set-up, please let your admin know.

When your account is set-up:

On your Ringy dashboard, on the menu to the left, select Phone Setup

At the top of that page you will see Business Profile (beside phone numbers tab). Click Business Profile

You would want to select the Join Business Profile to the left of the page.
Put this code in where it says enter passcode: a2p_4uizvnirdn9a7ym7l
If there are any issue with the code provided, please let your administrator know.

Once the steps above are completed, you will want to Improve call delivery and avoid scam (still under the same business profile tab).
You will see options for First Orion and Hiya. You will need to register your number under both Orion and Hiya.
